Using the latest in FANUC wire EDM technology, ACE Stamping quickly produces tight-tolerance precision tooling components with cutting clearances down to ±.0001″.
Submersible wire EDM machining allows high-speed, accurate cutting of your tooling components. The FANUC high-speed automatic wire threader keeps the wire EDM running 24/7 to ensure EDM jobs are completed quickly and on time.

CNC machining
With emphasis on both speed and accuracy, the tool room at ACE Stamping & Machine uses high-quality 2- and 3-axis NC-controlled milling machines. Fast programming of the NC mills enables our toolmakers to quickly produce accurate die components and custom parts for our customers.
Our milling machines also let us excel at short-run production machining, in addition to performing secondary machining operations on parts produced in our production facilities.
